About the HIMS

The HIMS Background The HIMS began singing together in September of 1999. The original group had five members: Brad Laman, Bobby Rawson, Brooks Rawson, Steve Kail and Dell Carothers. Dell Carothers moved to South Carolina in 2001 and left the group. The remaining four decided to keep the group as a quartet. In September of 2006 Todd Sanderson joined the group, replacing Steve Kail. Anne-Taylor Kail (Steve's Daughter) has sung with the group in concert in the past and recorded with...

The HIMS will be singing at Sardis Lake Christian Camp on July 4th.  Singing starts around 7:00 pm.  Although camp is limited in the number of campers and staff it can have, there will be many visitors on campus that night for the annual fireworks show.  Also, fresh cut watermelon and homemade ice cream will be served.  After The HIMS and fireworks show - Johnny Pace, Josh James and friends will have a "jam session" singing all your favorite country and oldies songs.  Come be a part of a great night!  See you there!

The HIMS will be singing on Friday, June 10th in Holly Springs, MS at their Relay for Life event.  The HIMS will hit the stage about 8:30 PM.  Make plans to come support Relay for Life and the fight for cancer.  And while you are there, come by and say hi to us!

The HIMS will be singing in Lake City, AR - April 29th at 7:00 pm.  They will be singing at the Music and Memories Theater.  Cost is $6 at the door.  Heaven Bound Quarter, host group, will open and close the show that night.  The HIMS will sing some of your favorite songs during their time on stage.  Make plans to be a part of this night.  If you have heard them in concert, you know you'll enjoy the harmony and laughter.  If you have not heard them before, you are in for a treat!  See you April 29th at 7:00.

Keep checking back and looking at our 2011 schedule as The HIMS look to add to the years singing events. February 19 will kick off the year with an appearance at Crockett County High School for the Senior class "Great Pretenders Show". The HIMS will sing as themselves, as well as bring back their comedy routine "The Possum Brothers". We are looking forward to 2011 and pray that God blesses you and us.
